I have encountered the problem before. But unfortunately I was unable to find a solution. I have 2 powerbooks the back will work on one computer but not the other, even after formating and
reinstall all the software. I hope there's someone who have a solution to this. Otherwise, try to borrow or rent a computer for the time being.
By the way it happened to my H20.
