I came across this old thread (April 2004) and wanted to ask a question. I've had the same problems that the original poster experienced. Philip's advice is fine, but presumably it applies to that one index.htm file only, so next time you create a web gallery, you still have the infuriating wait as InDesign goes through its start up sequence, only to reject the gallery. So, my question is: How can I stop this happening to future web galleries that I create in CS? Is there a preference I need to set somewhere?
