FYI. Two days ago Apple released an upgrade to their OS X operating system.
Everybody who has had connectivitiy issues with DCS cameras and DCS Camera Manager when shooting tethered should upgrade to MAC OS 10.3.5. (CM started, showed the menu and quit within a second. tethered shooting not possible) It seems that Apple fixed the firewire connectivity bugs that created those issues with CameraManager. Tests in US and Europe showed no issues after the OS has been upgraded to 10.3.5.
