Hello,

I had focus problems off and on with my first Fuji S2. I have read on
other lists of these problems with Nikon based digital. My first S2 seemed
to be focusing in front of the subject rather than behind.

Some have thought it could be caused by using a long lens and not supporting
it properly, but I never had a long lens on the first S2. The camera I have
now is a Fuji S2 replacement for the first one and it seems to be fine. It
has been in service for over a year now, but I never shoot wide open any
more. I will blur the back/foreground in PS-CS.

I am not on any Cannon list, I don't know if it effects them. It would be
interesting to know if it does, maybe it is a digital problem with all
DSLRs.

Best,

John
