In general batteries never seem to last. I recently bought a new powerbook battery, it holds around 3 hours charge. The one it replaced, after 18 months would only hold about 20 mins.

However I do have a concern with the battery or possibly charger or possibly
both. The day before both batteries had been charged. When put on charge the
battery in question immediately showed full with blinking light on charger.
However it failed after around 90 minutes shooting. This is not the first
time this has happened. Has anyone else experienced this?
