I think the answer is that Photoshop (and most applications) can only handle 
up to 2GB RAM. Any more is only available to Windows and other applications. 
Adobe have mentioned updating CS to handle 3GB (there is a /3GB switch in 
Windows that allows this I believe). Not sure when.

I've already checked with system builder and the motherboard will

However when setting Preferences in PShop 7 I am told that there is 
1.777GB
available for Pshop and "how much do I want to allocate" ...... where has

Intend to upgrade to Pshop CS, but before I do I'd like to get to the
