John Read at Marrutt was extremely helpful to me also when I had trouble with the black cart on my new 1160 Lyson CIS. His suggestion that I blow down the breather tube of the black ink bottle to force the ink through to the print head seemed rather Heath Robinson, but it worked! I agree with Duncan, if you have printer / CIS problems, John Read is the man.
