Dear Duncan,
I had a problem printing with custom paper sizes with an 1160. William
Curwen gave me a good workaround in OS9.2 for printing panoramics - if he
is listening, he will be able to explain it far better than me (or check in
the archive). The problem may be that the 4000 is too new to have a driver
that will work in OS9.
