Sorry this is vague but... There's a (free?) utility which will clear all your printer stuff including print queues and er, other system stuff you don't know about. But I can't remember what its called... I do know I found it on VersionTracker.com so go there and search for printer utilities. It _might_ have been "Printer Setup Repair" or "Print Centre Repair". Sorry but I was repairing someone else's machine and I don't have a copy here to confirm.
