Try the following procedure which will re-set your printer: 1. with the printer switched OFF, press the middle and left hand buttons simultaneously and hold down whilst switching the printer ON. 2. as soon as the red light shows (the light above the middle button), release both buttons and then press the L.H. button immediately and hold depressed for about 15secs. The printer should then re-set and operate as normal. Hope this works for you.
