Hi Tariq,
Just an idea, but I've had a similar thing where the client wanted to blow up some images to 5m x 3m from kodak 14nx files.
I had an A3 print of a portrait done, then took the eyes and had those blown up to the 5 x 3m pro and did a print of that. It was very impressive and the client could see exactly what they were going to get.
