.mac account => backup Dantz Retrospect

I run a color lab which started about 15 years ago.
But I am lucky to switch to Fuji Frontier about 4.5 years ago.
Photography is what I love. I use various kind of equipment Nikon, Mamiya 6x7, Sinar 4x5, Contax G2 and light phase digital back. My computer is Macintosh.
Now it seems my digital file is bigger and bigger. What I am doing for my backup is copy everything to external HD which I turn it on and mount it only when I want to backup.
But I would like transfer my backup HD to DVD but I don't want separate all files manually to fit in each DVD.
I need software on Mac which help me backup my 200 GB HD to each DVD automatic.
Any thought is appreciated.
