Johnboy,
as no-one else seems to want to commit to anything, I will say that as far as I'm
aware it is the cheapest printer of it's size by quite some margin. Be wary of print
life on it; I saw one at a show we were exhibiting at, was very impressed with it
indeed, but as I understand it, it runs on dye inks, and they will not tell (at least
me with my Nova rather than Permajet hat on...) what test criteria they used for the
print life figures. Depends on what you want to use it for I suppose. The other
thing I would be very interested to find out would be the approximate running costs of
the printer; ink is relatively (!!!) cheap for the Epson 7600 and Canon 6200pg, and
if the HP is less so it could make a difference. We have here both an Eps 7600 and a
Canon 6200. Of the 2 I would say that the Eps has better ultimate print quality, but
the canon is miles faster, much cheaper to run and canon's printer people are
amazingly helpful - in fact I would say that I've experienced be!
tter service from them than I have from any other manufacturer....

Kind regards
