Morning All,

I had a good response last Sunday to my first Photoshop musings. Thanks for
all the encouragement, on and off list. I spent most of the day thanking
people who thanked me!

While these musings are meant to pass on knowledge that I have accumulated
over the years, I have to say, I didnt see them as tutorials complete in
themselves or in-depth studies for that matter. I saw them more as reminders
for some and first looks for others less familiar with Photoshop. My
thinking is, once you know where something is and what it does, you can
easily adapt it into your workflow or use it to solve a problem.

This week, I thought I would have a look at the Camera Raw plug-in. However,
before I start, I think a little disclaimer may be in order! Considering
Bruce Fraser has written a whole book about what is essentially a plug-in,
dont expect too much from this little musing!

OK, having got that out of the way...I have some good news and some bad
news. The bad news is this weeks musings grew and grew and, I have a
feeling at over 1,500 words, may be too long for the list. The good news is
you can read it on my Photoshop Domain website. Its a framed site, so no
direct link I'm afraid but once there just click on the Tips & Tricks link
in the navbar and then Photoshop CS Weekly Tips & Tricks. The address?

When Photoshop CS came out, John Woods did some tuts on the File Browser and
Adobe Camera Raw II. As I have skimmed over the Camera Raw interface, you
may find them helpful in orientating yourself. You can find them on Sue
Chastain's site. http://graphicssoft.about.com/library/uc/ucjwoods.htm
