Off the top of my head, I don't think the Color Match tool will do it. You
will probably need to make local repairs. The Healing Brush and the Clone
Stamp tool can both work in Color mode and on new layers. I would try using
them first.

Russell Brown has a technique for removing stains. The PDF might still be on
his website.
