Forget it right now. Deadly weapon number one. It goes in the hold and in our case was seriously wrecked (Ryanair) on the other end with a signed indemnity form to absolve them of liability! My advice, pack it in bubblewrap so you can drop it from 2 meters without damage. Then you'll have a tripod at the other end. Best wishes and safe journey. Gary Wornell
Does anyone know for sure whether a tripod (that folds down to approx two feet) is allowed on easyjet as hand luggage or is it classified as a dangerously wicked tool ?
