Find out what resolution the screen projector is, e.g. 1024x768 or 800x600, and prepare medium-to-high quality jpegs scaled to this resolution. If the projector is being driven by a PC you might find BMP files display faster, Convert your files to sRGB first in case the presentation software doesn't support ICC profiles.
