If you make the action on a open document and ask "curves" for instance, the batch cannot do this because there isn't an open doc.
Unles you override "open".
Same thing happens with profile mismatch alarms.

I record an action, save it, then try it out on a batch. As soon as it
starts running, it says 'xxxxx tool not currently available' When you click
the option 'continue', every action I've recorded shows the same message
right through the sequence.
It's obviously my turn to look a dunce, so please feel free to fall over
laughing :-)
