Darrin, Thanks for the suggestion, I checked and I am using 10.3.6.
I tried dragging the RAF raw file to the PS icon and when I dropped it, there was a sound from the speaker and the file turned into a dust cloud and disappeared. I tried dragging them to the desk stop and the same thing happened. I now have deleted/exploded all of them. Very strange.
