I suddenly have large numbers of digital files to store. DVD seems the answer. Previously I stored scans on CDs burnt with Toast via Mac OS 9. I now have a Mac with a DVD and was expecting to have to upgrade to the latest version of Toast. But Mac OS X 10.3 will burn CDs and DVDs in the Finder.
Any comments about burning DVDs using Finder? Is there a good reason not to? Or a reason why Toast is required? I burnt one DVD yesterday which Finder reported as "failed" on checking - but I can read it... -- David Gordon Glasgow 0141 423 9800 Mobile 0777 925 7750 <http://davidgordon.co.uk/> =============================================================== GO TO http://www.prodig.org for ~ GUIDELINES ~ un/SUBSCRIBING ~ ITEMS for SALE
