H 10 & H 20 moired badly at different camera enlargements so unfortunately not (and no I do not want to shoot it out of focus)
Where's your sense of adventure? ....seriously though it's not yet an unfixable issue that we've come across on the 54.
10 mins @f4 800 asa?
Well, the reason that you probably need 10 mins at 800 asa is because of the reciprocity failure inherent in film.
6400 ASA?
As above . And you can always crank up the curve... quite spectacularly.
I have had to shoot commercial jobs at both the above examples, I have never pushed digital that far (yet) so don't know the answer.
When we get some down time , we'll give it a shot. Working right now on the distribution of the pdf of the new pic4press document released last week. When it's available on line I'll let everybody know.
I think grain is prettier than noise (showing my age possibly).
