Hi Tony

Isn't this change of colour temp a mired shift. There used to be tables that
allowed you to calculate the filter value needed achieve a chosen colour
balance. With bibble I found the colour temp of the image had to be shifted
to 10000k to produce the approximate colour. This would equate to a shift of
approx 5000k from 'daylight'. Obviously  the closer the capture k value to
180,  the less the shift required. To dial in a chosen k value the start
point would be the controlling factor. Similar to problems involved in
profiling a digital camera using  changing light sources.

I haven't had time to check to see if bibble works on jpegs.
