Although the warning as to the Annex is relevant and has to be evaluated, I wonder if Listees actually read the List Mums Admin Notices at all?
Please run a search in the archives for "List Mum", or "Admin Notice", and find out the very many dozen times you all have been warned against including e-mail addresses in the body of the messages. This is the cause of the spam reaching your inbox.
I am sorry but you are just reinventing the wheel and want to make a party out of it. Apparently all this noise just indicates we have never been read in detail.
I even mentioned in one of my List Mum posts , ages ago, to look after your own names in Alltheinternet.com which is the search engine used by Yahoo and Google when they don't have anything about some keyword Search. Your name will show up there.
Robots harvesting those web forums and messages are precisely picking those e-mail addresses therein, and as long as we can rememeber, we have been warning against this issue and it happens not only with this list, it happens with Yahoo forums and all sort of free web forums.
Fortunately the new ProDig forum server and software will keep this from happening, but as for the spam you are getting now, there is nothing to do except that you set yourself with some sort of spam blocking system. I would suggest Pop Monitor as the least intrusive.
