You may be right in some respects that a sad client it is that searches for forum entries, but, what if a potentially important client does a Google search to find my company for a job and perhaps discovers that "I've accidentely deleted some important client files, what data recovery software do I need and how do we recover them" type enquiries from me?! (Not that I've actually said that of course!).
I think this is as potentially damaging as the internet is useful, for relevant business issues anyway?
