NoGoChallenger is a very useful small plugin. However, for my use case, I would 
prefer that it only say 'No Go' if the user is already logged in - if they 
haven't logged in yet, then I think it usually makes more sense to defer to 
another challenge plugin. I think this will just be a line or two of code in the 
NGC. I plan to patch my version momentarily - my question is: wiggy, would you 
accept a patch for this and release a 1.1?
