That is up to court to decide whether import falls under the threshold
of orignality and count as the remix of the orginal work. I assume the
existence of precedent cases vary country by country, but generally
GPL has not been court tested.
Also if you use GPL'ed templates in your product (I am not sure about
ZopeSkel licensing) it effective makes you to use GPL copyrighted work
and enforces the result be under GPL.
