Uhm, that's what they admit to spending. But our satellite recon
paints a slightly bigger picture. They are spending a lot more than
that.
Oh, is that the same satellite recon system that the right says
can't be used to verify the Iraqi's didn't send the WMD's they
didn't have somewhere else?
