Get a grip, John. We already have more people per capita in jail than any other country in the world, not to mention the number of people in "programs". Keep stacking the laws up; keep access to lawyers to the wealthy only; put cameras everywhere; track every phone call; pull over and search every driver who swerves a little; force everyone to always carry biometric ids; wall the entire country in; break down those doors; peek into those houses ...
