This is exactly what needs to change. If the game was being invented now there is no way that video technology would not be involved. How can one man see every incident from all the angles in order to make good decisions? He can't so he should be given help. There was another silly red card yesterday in the Italy game - the game had already stopped for the foul but a 5 second replay showed it was a yellow at most. Instead, Italy are down to 10 men and on the back foot for the rest of the game.
