I agree with Ed. If you are looking at blob images then VFP is not the most
efficient tool to use. I gave up holding pictures/documents in our VFP files
as the memo bloat was ENORMOUS and just crippled the system after running
live a few months. I moved it over to MySQL and all those performance
problems disappeared. 2 Gb may seem a lot but you will find you are
constantly packing the mamo file to preserve any vestage of performance.
