I hardly think she meant the word literally. Everybody uses the word kill, but very few mean it in its literal sense.
I notice you overlooked all the other comments she made (which I quoted), and just pulled out the one off the cuff remark that was not even meant as you have interpreted it. Cherry picking indeed. Unlike Bush, she feels passionate about her cause, she has no ulterior motive other than to make the world a better place. She has seen first hand where violence and intolerance lead to. She has seen terorism via the IRA. Yes, she is angry, and who the hell can blame her. Your Bush is solely driven by greed and a desire for omnipotence.
