What do you think?
I think, in this particular case, it's probably pretty simple.
When Gibson did The Passon of the Christ, he came under fire from a lot of
folks as being anti-semitic. Why? Because of the portrayal of the Jewish
leaders in the movie. Never mind that what he put on screen was
historically accurate. Some people (probably Jewish) didn't like it
(basically, Jewish religious leaders were the main orchestrators of having
Jesus put to death).
So, it's quite probable that Gibson has had continuing battles in Hollywood
because of the movie. Maybe it's driving him crazy. Drinking and driving is
completely stupid in any event. He messed up. And he compounded it by
losing his temper when he got pulled over. If he's been having 'political'
problems, in his irrational state he may have thought the Jewish
manipulators sent the police after him. Who knows.
But, unless Gibson comes out with some theory about world politics (in a
sober state of mind), it's probably a bit too far a stretch to link this
event with global domination by the Jews.
