Thanks Ted!  We have a winner.  Apparently there is some latency is posts to
the list appearing, so I had found the answer not too long ago on FoxPro
Wiki.  This has been bothering me for weeks, and I finally couldn't work
without my beloved 'Debug Frame' anymore.

I don't mind the Fox Frame if I can get a monitor with decent resolution.
