Don't know if thats true or not. I've always been able to make a better than average living.
These days I can't, but I keep hanging in there because I refuse to give up. For the last 3 years, I've been one step ahead of the utility collector and there's been many times that I didnt think I would be able to survive. Guess what I'm saying is look around you. We've farmed out our blue collar jobs. Now we're farming out our white collar jobs. Then we have our HR depts. Saying that they can't find suitable people when in fact there are many out there like myself looking for work. I disagree with why bill says it is happening, but I too see it happening.
