Nicely put.
Their Editor doesn't appear to like answering questions any more than
their subscription department. Hopefully they wont email me anything
interesting as I've marked them up as spam (apparently you can get
removed from the email list in just 10 days!).
I've only received two printed invoices and one email today... quiet day
(post to the UK must be costing more than the profits!).
