Notice: This is not my opinion and it certainly is legal advice, so be very 
careful.

I heard that the law school you both attended (Whattsamatta U.) has lost its 
accreditation retroactive to January 1934 but that is of minimal concern. 

The tide is turning.  Recent judicial decisions regarding the liability of a 
facilitator of illegal activities, even if not directly involved with such 
activities and notwithstanding any posted notices discouraging illegal 
activities, have come to pass.  These decisions have not been in favor of the 
facilitator, particularly when the victim of such illegal activities has 
significant political ties.

This is medical advice, but it is not my opinion:

Smoking is bad for your health.  Life is the leading reason for death.

I hope this has been of some limited value to you.  Remember that free advice 
is worth every penny you paid for it.
