I heard that the law school you both attended (Whattsamatta U.) has lost its accreditation retroactive to January 1934 but that is of minimal concern. The tide is turning. Recent judicial decisions regarding the liability of a facilitator of illegal activities, even if not directly involved with such activities and notwithstanding any posted notices discouraging illegal activities, have come to pass. These decisions have not been in favor of the facilitator, particularly when the victim of such illegal activities has significant political ties.
