I had a freakin' 5/3 Bank teller/rep call me today about an issue with
my account. Spent about 8 minutes on phone and gave reason when she
asked for the issue. She repeated back to me something other than I had
said to her, completely misinterpretting what I said. And then the
light bulb went on...."are you in the United States?" I asked. "No sir,
we are in Manilla. (Phillipines)"
Now I'm glad I don't use 5/3 anymore. I don't want foreigners having
anything to do with my bank account. Well, maybe the Canadians. <gd&r>
** I don't mean to offend any one with this....sorry if you're ruffled! **
The next election can't come soon enough....I'm definitely voting for
change.
