CMD and bash because a lot more can be done from the command line than
most people realize.

PHP for web sites and lots and lots of packaged software (phpMyAdmin,
Joomla, Xaraya, more). Older (PHP4 or earlier) PHP is like FoxBase for
web sites, crude but effective. PHP5 can be OO, but the community has
a lot of maturing to do.

Perl for lots and lots of packages, but to maintain, not to write.
Python because it's VFP-like in syntax and philosophy. Scripts, rich
client apps and web apps -- looks like it can do it all.
Javascript for richer web apps, but not AJAX until generation 2 or 3.
The MLs: HTML, XHTML, XML, XML
CSS, which isn't really a language as much as a syntax.
