The capitalization thing is certainly the biggest. No matter how much I use Python, it continues to suck as badly as it did originally. I'm more used to it, but it still sucks.
Beyond that, I really can't think of any. It runs natively on several different platforms, including Windows, OS X, Linux, Unix, OS/ 2, Vax, Palm, cell phones; it has clear simple syntax without a lot of ugly markup symbols, and it does just about anything you could want it to.
