What about writing your own in Fox?  This is something I have been thinking
about for a while now but not got around to actually doing.

There is a directory synchronization program written by Chris Davis and some
SHFileOperation code by Sietse Wijnker.  Put together these would be a
substantial part of the development already done.

Only problem I can think of at the moment would be how to backup Exchange
without rewriting the whole *.edb files each time.
