It's educational - for me, that is. I've learned a lot about Linux, as well as Apache, MySQL, Zope, PHP, and lots of other good stuff. And hosting is an iffy proposition: you're limited to what the host offers, and usually cannot go around installing stuff.

One *could* argue that you're selling your experience as a consultant, blah blah blah.... just cuz it's not an e-commerce site doesn't mean you're not selling something...
