It passes my smell test. Or have you never been in a fraternity

unsuspecting victim.

Greeks to me at that time of my life were just customers for custom T-Shirts and bumper stickers. They were just drunks who had money from mommy or
daddy.

As Lewinsky enlightened us, our children in DC are not exactly
innocent lamb, either.

Just a bunch of dumb kids with too much sex on the brain.

(I'm referring to the pages and interns but it equally applies to the
congresscritters themselves.)

Why are non party faithful given a job? I thought that you had to be family of "someone" to be considered. It's not just a job on Dice but a reward for
someone getting into the poli-sci life. Or did I miss part of the
appointment process for pages.

This is why the smell test has the aroma of low tide for me.

I don't follow your train of thought at all. You mean you really can't imagine some stupid ("mean-spirited", "homophobic") young Republican yucking it up with a few friends at the dorm, at the expense of some log cabin RINO? Then realizing what a world of shit he's put himself and his party in when The Other Side gets ahold of it the ball and jogs it into the end zone during a critical election, with the fate of the free world literally hanging in the balance?

This is DC politics, and why nothing good ever actually gets done there, no matter which party is in charge. Both parties are shadows of their former selves, and our culture in general has has its head in the gutter longer than I've been alive.

I'm tired of rooting for anybody anymore. I'd break out the popcorn and watch cable and network news 24/7, but I don't enjoy pulp fiction.
