Tracy, Thanks for the reply. I have a legend that I maintain on my form. It is constructed of shapes and labels. When I switch to use the Brush hatch I need to display the hatching in my legend so that the user knows which hatches go with which bar. Currently, I don't see a way to discover which hatch a particular bar is using and a way to set the attributes of the shape to display the hatch for its corresponding bar. If I display the SideLegend the hatches show but I can't get their pattern for my own legend.
Does this make any sense? Thanks again... How are you storing the color legend? Is it a lookup table that needs two modes?
