I purchased a package at BestBuy last night that included a USB-based capture device and REALLY basic software. It would kinda/sorta do the job, but I'd like to do a bit more editing. One thing I liked is that it doesn't require an RF Modulator like the last capture device I had - I can plug the Camcorder straight into the box.

Lists for $79, Best buy has for $59, but I got one for $49. Kind of a lot if you only want to migrate one tape.
