Maybe your software is a bit newer. I noticed that there is another
Android version available for the phone coming out soon. Maybe the
default one I have will get better (it is a HTC MyTouch 4G).

Another nit: My other music devices let me switch listening modes
on-the-fly. I love listening in random mode -- rock, opera, indie,
folk, classical, alt-country, swing -- I just never know what is
coming next. If something catches my ear, I like to switch to that
album or performer to hear more. Then I go back to "random." With the
default program, when I turn off "random" the next song is
alphabetical again... To switch modes, I need to perform about 107
steps to switch modes (OK, maybe a bit fewer), and the current song
stops. Arrrrrggggghhhhhhhh!
