Might it also be because they enjoy doing the *right* thing? Might it 
also be that, being fairly intelligent people, they know that keeping 
standards is for the greater good of the whole group?
Or do you believe that people act only following their negative traits 
as rivalry, jealousy, envy, greed, etc?
