Excellent explanation for those people who simply can't grok the
timescales involved in billions of years.
In just several generations, which is simply a blink of an eye in
evolutionary terms, you can clearly see how minor variations can create
different "species". But those who have closed their minds won't be able to see
anything other than what they want to see.
