Jeff,

Yes.

I used an ActiveX control hosted in a C# Service, which receives HTML
requests, that passes that to a VFP COM object that is spun up by the same
C# Service. 
The original intent was to write VFP service that hosted the ActiveX
control. VFP isn't multi-threaded so the request did a Last In First Out
(LIFO) turn around. If any one of the 6 other requests were long running,
the first calling workstation would timeout.
