COM blows. So moving away is the best step forward for M$ now. Back in the 90s we all thought that COM was the best road forward. 15 years later technology points in a different direction. This is not a hard change to make for environments. To your question about M$ and open. I see the decisions on how they are going to be more inviting to welcome non M$ based involvement. So more open NO. Open standards not sure. opening the door to welcome others YES. -- Stephen Russell 901.246-0159 cell _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/cajidmyjyevoo6yh85tpgya_80d1vvq0jgmd8ie0lfpwotvo...@mail.gmail.com ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
