I've done a bit of this - especially lately. I re-wrote things that needed to be done - mainly forms. Watch out for reports! There are a lot of things that don't need converting. I built a VFP 9 project and added the main program and built it and fixed the errors. If the "flow" of the application works well then it shouldn't be too difficult. I would anticipate menus, forms and reports from scratch though.
